• 2.5 hours of on-ice training daily (full sheet)
• Daily powerskating instruction (stride, balance, agility, speed, explosive starts, and more)
• Puck control, passing, and shooting skills development
• Off-ice training (puck skills, fun & games, dryland activities)

(Participants will be split into two sub-groups based on skill level on Day 1)

• Concepts and situational play instruction
• Off-ice training (puck skills, dryland, proper stretching, hockey sense)
• Nutrition session
• Team building and leadership activities
• Showcase game on Thursday afternoon
