TRAIN DEVELOP PERFORM
TAHA is excited to launch our Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning Program at our off-ice training facility. This program will focus on age-appropriate strength training, conditioning, mobility, speed, agility, and injury prevention to help our players continue developing away from the rink.
June 29 to July 23 (Monday's to Thursday's)
8U, 10U, 12U - 6:00 PM – 6:55 PM
14U, 16U, 18U, 19U: 7:00 PM – 7:55 PM
